For the most part I'm a self-taught artist, though I came from a very artistic family. I'm inspired by nature and try to capture the personality of the subject in every portrait. I've been working primarily in graphite, colored pencils and charcoal but I enjoy working in acrylic and my interpretation of watercolors.
